Gamified Training
These are pieces of training that use ludic issues as a basis for learning, especially games, and have a high engagement of participants due to their dynamics. The purpose of this type of training is to stimulate the participation of the audience using methods of cooperation, healthy competition, and personal development.
Gamified training in compliance is indicated for the discussion of specific ethical dilemmas of interest to the company or even for the transmission of content proposing punctual reflections. We can create card games, board games, videos with decision making by the user, and other formats
Co-creation Workshops (face-to-face or remote)
Co-creation workshops are used for people with different skills to apply their capabilities to solve business problems in a collective and dialogical way. They aim at generating a deliverable in a collaborative manner, which means, produced by all those involved in the workshop.
This type of dynamics in compliance is indicated for the creation or collaborative review of documents (e.g. Code of Conduct, Policies, Procedures), the proposition of collective solutions for compliance risks that the company is facing, or even discussion of positions adopted in face of ethical dilemmas.
Lectures (face-to-face or remote)
Lectures are the classic and well-known format for most, in which an expert addresses the audience for approximately 1 hour, with interactions for questions.
Our lectures are always prepared in 3 moments: before, during and after. We interact previously with the lecture public to understand its pains and doubts, aiming to assemble the material in a satisfactory manner. During the event, we insert moments of content retention with questions or debates. In the end, we evaluate the level of satisfaction in order to continuously improve and we also provide certificates to the participants.
In-Company Training
For organizations that want customized content and for an exclusive group of people, we also create in-company training formats, held in the company itself.
We also suggest this training format for the application of the "train the trainer" methodology, in other words, training other risk and compliance professionals from the company who are potential future trainers. It works well with focus groups, working with similar hierarchical levels and themes related to our areas of operation.
